Papalardo \n \nBrad S. Papalardo is Senior Vice President, Chief of Government Affairs and Counsel at the Massachusetts Bankers Association (MBA). In that role, he is responsible for the execution of the Association’s state and federal legislative & regulatory efforts and agenda, managing MBA’s trust program, directing its financial education outreach, and serves as the manager and treasurer of Massachusetts Bankers PAC. Before joining MBA, Brad worked on Beacon Hill as the Chief Legal Counsel to the Majority Leader in the House of Representatives and prior to that role was General Counsel & Chief of Staff to the House Chair of the Joint Committee on Financial Services.
