The focus will be on the SECURE Act of 2019 and the Treasuryâs final regulations issued in July 2024. Practitioners will learn practical tips for drafting and designating beneficiaries, as well as postmortem planning considerations.\n\n \n\nAbout the Speaker\n\nSeunghee Cha is a partner with the law firm Bulkley, Richardson and Gelinas, LLP, with offices in western Massachusetts. She is Chair of both the firmâs Trusts and Estates department and Special Needs Planning practice. Seunghee works with individuals and couples in estate planning and represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate administration. Her work includes intergenerational wealth transfer and charitable planning, with extensive experience planning for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental-health conditions.
