Gulluni is pleased to present Education Against Senior Exploitation (E.A.S.E.), a presentation focusing on scams and financial exploitation.  As part of DA Gulluni’s continuing effort to protect seniors and prevent abuse, Assistant District Attorney Nina Vivenzio will provide information on the latest: telephone, mail, internet, and door-to-door scams and offer practical knowledge and tips to help you and your clients avoid becoming a victim.  This one-hour presentation is aimed at protecting seniors and preventing abuse by providing the information they need to avoid becoming victims of financial exploitation and scams.\n \nAbout the Speaker\n \nA.D.A. Nina Vivenzio began her legal career with the Hampden District Attorney’s Office in 1996 before relocating to Florida, where she served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she prosecuted a broad range of felony matters and held positions in the Career Criminal and Robbery Division, Environmental Crime Unit, and Insurance Fraud and Racketeering/Organized Crime Division.
