Stafford to talk to use about using A.I. in your practice.  She will discuss the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence for legal practitioners, ethical considerations for attorneys adopting A.I., practical steps and drafting considerations for developing an organizational A.I. policy, and real-world applications of A.I. within daily law practice.

About the Speaker:

Angelina Stafford concentrates her practice on a broad range of estate and elder law matters, including estate and trust administration, special needs and long-term care planning, and general estate and tax planning. In addition, Angelina represents clients on all aspects of probate litigation, such as will contests, fiduciary disputes, contested accountings, and proceedings to appoint guardians and conservators. She also advises individuals and families in all phases of MassHealth applications, including initial planning, preparation and filing of applications, and appeals. Angelina is admitted to the bar in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She is an active member of the Hampden County Probate Court Bench Bar Committee, the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Hampden County Estate Planning Council. She also proudly serves on the board of directors for Pathlight, Inc. While in law school, Angelina served as Senior Articles Editor for the Western New England Law Review. Prior to joining Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, P.C. in 2013, Angelina clerked for the Connecticut Appellate Court.
